i received the item quickly. item was packed very well and sundstone included extra parts i wasn't expecting which was very cool. unfortunately, because of incompatability with my hardware i couldn't get it working right away. being a class act, ryan gave me some time to work out the problem and even called mylex. unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue. so i sent the item back + some cash to cover his expense for shipping. communication was great at all times. thanks ryan and G/L to you.
