The first shipment C2D/mobo/RAM arrived fine. USPS was a bit on the slow side delivering, but that is parcel post service.

The second shipment (case/PSU) never showed up. After two weeks, I was a bit nervous, and when I sent him a couple PM's and saw him online without a response, I opened a Paypal dispute.

Chris immediately refunded my money without any hassle. I may have jumped the gun a bit opening the dispute, but it didn't need to get escalated and was resolved very quickly.

The second shipment didn't show up, but he was prompt to refund once I asked.
