First of all. He has recieved the drive! It was late because of a Mail Error that was not our fault, the post office screwed up the shipping addresses. He was told this and was the fault of the delay so he was fully aware of it. I was then told that the drive is broken and doesn\'t work. I really didn\'t believe him so I offered a refund under one condition: Return the drive to me and I will issue an instant Paypal Refund. He did not fullful that condition which was why I did not offer a cash refund. I still don\'t have that drive, and he has not shipped it. WHERE IS IT?
I then was forced to returned his money after constantly threatening me of posting negative feedback and inflammatory comments. However,I\'m still waiting for my \"broken\" drive, if there was something really wrong with it, why haven\'t I gotten it back yet? Why is he keeping it?
Be warned of this guy, he\'s pretty unreasonable and sneaky.
Response from RadManThe Drive was 2 weeks late because of him sending late, 1 week late because of Canada Post, 1/2 week late because he didn\'t make sure the package was addressed properly once it was sent late. Total 3.5 weeks late.
He lazily offered a refund once he received a drive. I wasn\'t happy with that arrangement so I messaged him back stating that I would send back after I received the refund. He didn\'t get back to me for 3 weeks. He only refunded me AFTER I had put the Heatware feedback and posted a warning on Redflagdeals.com. Once he refunded me I messaged him for his address. As of 5:24 PM Mar 29 I am still waiting for his address so that I can have the drive sent back. That is why he hasn\'t gotten it back yet.
I didn\'t constantly threaten him with negative feedback and inflammatory comments. On Mar 4th I became fed-up with the situation and explained to him in no uncertain terms that I was very displeased with the situation and that that would be reflected in the Heatware. No threats, just facts.
If you look at this guy\'s 2 neutrals over the last 2 months I think one sees a pattern developing. Unfortunately the first neutral didn\'t come up until after I had paypalled him.
I feel this is a retaliatory eval that has no bearing on myself as an online citizen. I always communicated promptly, paypalled quickly, and was upfront and honest with him both when I was pleased and displeased. I think my and his previous evals in the last while speak for themselves.
Please make your own good judgement. I will be posting evidence shortly at www.radam.ca/dexion.htm

It was a pleasure dealing with Radam. This was his first deal so i asked if he would mind shipping first, to which he agreed. He told me he would ship as soon as his new K7 arrived, and he did. Only 2 days in transit wow! Radam had the mb packaged very well double boxed with foam and peanuts. He kept in close communication with me throughout the whole deal. He was always honest and very friendly. I would recommend Radam, and would not hesitate to deal with him again. A++
