Goods never recv'd: ACORP 6A815EPD mobo bought from him off of 2cpu.com forums, been over 6 weeks now - no mobo.

Bought an ACORP 6A815EPD motherboard from him back in mid Feb 2003, paid with money order. One month later I inquired as to why he never mailed it, his reply was he would send it asap and I'd get the tracking #s when shipped. Here it is, 2 weeks later and he has all but disappeared and does not return any correspondence. Here is the info I have on this thief:

When I'm paid by a stranger online I ship within the next 24 hrs and expect the same courtesy when the reverse is true and my money is on the line.
