The drive arrived quite quickly, but unfortunately was damaged in shipment. This was not Chris\' fault that it got crushed. It was packed well with bubblewrap and a sturdy box. I contacted Chris, and he sent out another drive, which works perfectly.

I commend Chris on handling this in a professional manner. He is definitely an A+ trader on the boards. I would not hesitate to buy from Chris again.
