I bought a NIC from him. He sent it without a anti-static bag. It was fried. When I told him that, and that it was bad to ship things without AS bags, he said that he never shipped anything with AS bags except memory or very high dollar items. Told me to ship it back, which I did. I forgot about it. A few weeks later, he IMs me saying that he got it, and that it works(I know this to be false). He says that he\'ll give me $5 to compensate shipping. The whole purchase was only $15 in the first place, so I said what the heck, I\'ll take what I can get. Never got it, even after being told I would multiple times.

So he has my $15, and the NIC to send to somebody else and scam. Nuts.

Sent him paypal for a new xbox system which he said was \"boxed up, ready to go\". A week later, he still hasn\'t shipped it and stop responding to my emails. I found his phone # off the web and called him up. He made a lame excuse that he broke the controller and couldn\'t ship (why would he took out an already packaged item to \"test\"??). Then he hung up on me. I filed paypal claim immediately and only through that, I got most of my money back. Would -NOT- deal with him ever again.
