I have always believed you learn more about a person when things go wrong
than when life is easy. The 2 hard drives arrived poorly packaged, and I was
quite concerned about whether they had survived unscathed. I contacted the
seller immediately, and he responded very quickly, apologizing for the problem,
assuring me that he would immediately refund my money if I so requested. He
indicated that he had entrusted the packaging/shipping to a 3rd party, who
had let him down, but he stood firmly behind the deal, willing to do
whatever was necessary to make things right.

Full testing of the drives showed that they did indeed survive unscathed,
luckily for all concerned. But the willingness of \"ttho\" to do whatever
was necessary to set matters right proved to me that he is one of the \"good
guys\" on the forum, and I highly recommend him as a \"good trader\".
