When the heatsink arrived I found that the washers weren\'t properly packed and some had fallen out of the bottom of the box. After talking with him he agreed to pay the cost for Thermalright to replace the washers. R4tio goes the extra mile to make a positive transaction and that makes him a good seller in my book.
