I got the case, and it was in terrible condition. The front door was snapped off, the insides were disgustingly dirty, and there were several LARGE scratches and dents. I asked for a refund, and he promised me this. The problem was, every time he said "I'll send the money back on this date" the money never came. Eventually the PayPal dispute time period expired. Now, he contacts me on instant messager on a regular basis, taunting me and telling me I'll never get the money back.

Great item! Packaged properly, and has no dead pixels or backlight leakage. I love this monitor, it makes my 17" lcds look tiny.

Everything was packed very well, and the small scratch he mentioned on the case isn't even noticeable. I honestly can't find it. It's a beautiful case, and I can't wait for the rest of my parts to come in so that I can fill this beast up.

In the end, did a very nice job. Was DOA, but that was USPS's fault, as a wire came loose. All I had to do was solder it back on, and it works flawlessly. It seemed to take forever for it to finally arrive, but it's very useful. He's also making up for the long shipping weight by making me an adapter for my mouse and keyboard. I am also working out another trade with him. I don't think the shipping problem will happen again.
