I paid Seller for the item on a Friday (1/12/07) and he indicated it would be shipped on the following Monday (1/15/07). I asked that he send me notification when it shipped and he agreed. That was the last I heard from this Seller. No replies to my emails nor forum PMs or Paypal dispute emails. No replies to Forum Mods contact efforts. In the end, I filed a claim with Paypal and was able to get my money refunded. LOUSY TRADER! Avoid this trader!

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS SOLD! Two weeks ago I paid for Crucial ram, he indicated he had received the funds and would be shipping ASAP and that is last that I\'ve heard from this guy and I have not received the ram. I have attempted to contact him to find out the shipping status and he has not replied to emails, nor forum PMs. I also made a second purchase from him earlier the same day (AMD Opteron 1210 processor) and neither part has been received. Again, no communication of any type since receiving the money and claiming he would be shipping the parts out.

The good...parts were exactly as described and priced fair. Now the bad...failure to ship as advertised and poor communication. Offered 3-day shipping when purchased on 6-22-06 (I paid within 2 hours of contact) but he did not ship for 2 weeks...on 7-1-06 seller stated via PM that it had already been shipped, I rec\'d it on 7-10-06 but UPS tracking/shipping history indicated actual ship date was 7-05-06, five days after being told (for the second time) that it had already been shipped. Difficulty in receiving replies to calls and emails. Worst trade experience ever for me out of 200+ trades I\'ve made. My first and last trade with this seller.

He listed a mobo and some other parts. I inquired as to the mobo and available accessories and he replied, but a manual was not among the accessories listed. I specified to him that IF he could find the manual, I would buy the mobo. A couple of days later he messaged that he had found the manual. I asked him to CONFIRM that he had it, he confirmed he had it. I sent the asking price, then, after he shipped, while the parts were in transit, he tells me that he hadn\'t found the manual. Remember that I told him I would only buy if he found the manual and he confirmed having found the manual. At first I didn\'t want the hassle and I stated I would take it, but later, while the parts were still in transit, I realized that he had flat out lied about having the manual in order to get me to send him the money. He had shipped hoping I would just accept it. After some back and forth emails, he stated that he would refund me the selling price, less the cost he incurred to ship to me...a cost that should never have been incurred because he should never have shipped to me in the first place since he didn\'t have the manual which was specified in advance as the specific accessory I required in order to make the purchase. I refused the package and it was sent back \"return to sender\", verified as being unopended by the US Postal Service. It has been two months now since the PO returned the package and he has not refunded my money, nor replied to forum moderators emails. He makes a habit of failing to refund monies due to others. Buyer Beware!

Seller offered the card for sale, I dibbed, he confirmed availability and provided payment info. I paid and then heard nothing. Three days later, without any communication at all, he refunded my money and said he didn\'t want to sell it after all. A sale is a sale and he failed to deliver parts that had been paid for. Had it not been for the fact he refunded the money the rating would have been a negative. Will never trade again with this person.
