I paid same day, and got the zune quickly. He emailed me about shipping cables separately due to them being in a different residence. I said thats fine with me..
he emailed me two days later and told me that he lost the cables and would order me new ones and overnight them.

I got one cable one day and the other the next. Irritating having to wait a week for the cables, but he came through and took care of the issue..

I would do business with this guy again, because he stood by his word and handled the situation with dignity and truthfulness..
