I'am new to Anandtech forums but have been on eBay as user "qsnexus" and have a good number of buys / sales.

I bought a G.SKILL Sniper X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600 RAM kit (F4-3600C19D-16GSXKB) from heatme2009 (phatbx133 on HardForum)

Good seller (he goes by phatbx133 on HardForum). I needed the item quickly to replace some RAM that was about to be returned and he only accepted USPS Money Orders as payment so I was a bit hesitant there; mainly at the wait time of sending the M.O. from West coast to East coast as well as not much recourse without having credit card or PayPal type of buyer's protection. After purchasing the money order and letting him know via PM that it was filled out, he responded quickly to let me know I could take a photo of my completed money order to show him and he would cross-ship the item.

He told me he would ship the next day and he did ship the next day and he provided a USPS First Class Mail tracking number via PM. I put the money order in the mail that day that I purchased it. I received the RAM kit early by USPS (in fact 3 days earlier than the tracking # first was showing but it was Labor Day weekend, so I had the whole weekend to test it) and it was packed well and worked excellent after extensive stress testing at the rated DDR4-3600 speeds, even got faster timings than what the part is rated at!

He communicated with me in a timely manner once I confirmed that I wanted the item and after I indicated that I wanted the RAM there was a short delay of communication that I later learned had been due to the seller dealing with another person that was ahead of me in prior communication that had dropped out or the deal fell through for the seller for that first person so the initial communication was a bit slow because of that but nothing to worry about.

I would recommend this seller to others.
