In a year and a half of online trading, I've only had 2 bad experiences. Blade helped me with the first and Rainguy with the second. It's easy to take what these guy's do for granted...until you're stuck in a bad situation and have no idea what to do. Then you begin to appreciate what the Trollhunters do...all of their own accord and without any compensation. Thumbs up to you guys :)

Last year I bought a MSI GF2 GTS vid card from a new trader..I made the mistake of sending the M/O first. The card never arrived.

The seller did not ship the card and gave a long line of excuses for not being able to ship the card. At a dead end I posted on the forums. TonyH contacted me and I gave him the info on the seller, and the email and PM logs. He wnt to work on it and I did get the vid card in about a week. I am very thankfull for the help, as I'm sure the seller was not going to send the card. I don't know what TonyH did or said, but I liked the result.

I've never needed the assistance of the trollhunters on Anandtech. It's due to the fact that they are such an integral part of that online trading community, and what they do is like a full time job! We are more than fortunate to have these guys on our side when we need them! Kudos guys!

Well I never recovered any money when I was screwed on a monitor deal but am very appreciative of the help from a few trollhunters. They do this as a service to us all on their own time. I hope I never have to write an email to them again though.
