    This deal was as smooth as butter on a bald monkey. He told me everything he could about the laptop (including 2 minor problems), shipped it right away, packaged it great, and kept in touch with me almost everyday (for 2 weeks). Everything was superb. This man is a pleasure to deal with when it comes to expensive hardware.
