  Sold a pair of Seagate 4.3 Gig hard drives.

  Short story: PayPal sent quickly and good communication.
  
  Longer story: Same as above, except that I dropped the ball and didn't ship immediately. Rob was patient enough to allow me some time to rebound and make ammends for the 10-day delay. My own resolution was a full refund of monies AND still shipping the drives. This was entirely my choice, for Rob was very upstanding and I could not in good conscience leave him hanging with just a refund. :)
