  Bill's a patient, understanding, friendly guy to deal with. Payment was quick and he kept me updated when the NIC arrived. The only kink in the deal was my fault: Bill had promptly sent payment with Paypal (credit card funded) but since my account wasn't set up for credit card funds, he then drew a money order and mailed it the next day! This here's a great person to deal with. Bill, thanks for going the extra mile, and it was a pleasure dealing with you.
