  Very pleasant communication. There was a slight delay in shipping, but he kept me informed, which is always the best thing to do. The packaging was impeccable - drives in giant static-resistant bags, bundled in bubble wrap, and double-boxed with lots and lots of foam peanuts. The drives are working great, and I'm very pleased with this transaction.
