    John is one of the most honorable traders I've dealt with. There were some hardware problems with the laptops when they arrived, and John made everything right.

    If you look at my feedbacks I've left for other people, you'll see that nobody has ever gotten a "10" from me. John went way beyond to make the deal right, and I give him a "10".

    Looking forward to future deals with the very rare type of trader...honest, dependable, and a "10".
