  Excellent trader, was very reassuring to work with someone of his understanding. I had a mix up with the memory thinking it had black heatspreader and they were silver instead. I wasnt satisifed with the mounting on the ram since the frag tape was loosening so I special ordered a replacement and Brad was kind enough to wait till I got it so I could ship out to him.
