  Posted on AT that I was looking for a PC in Florida for a computer moron. Carl responded not only with a great price on a system he had, but also offered tech support after the sale. The lady interested in the PC had some unexpected financial problems, and Carl didn't have a problem with delaying the delivery and set-up. Can't say enough about how helpful Carl was. Hell of a guy.
