    I purchased Norton SystemWorks 2002 for him. I had made a huge error on sending money and he said "Don't worry" and sent me this copy instead of Norton AV 2002 which I had wanted. Kept constant contact and told me what was going to happen. Box contained what he said it would. Also had peanuts to protect from anything. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Seller!
