  I bought a Canon s200 digital camera.

  I am posting this deal as a neutral because of what occurred. We made a deal for the s200 and I immediately sent him the PayPal money. He then told me he wouldn't be able to ship out for 2 days because he was busy with midterms. I told him that was fine. A week went by and I didn't hear from him. I tried contacting him with multiple pm's and email. A few days later he responded saying he couldn't find the camera and would refund my money. Unfortunately, I had already bought a recharger for the camera (as it was missing one) and was out that money so I told him to take a few days and look for it. About a week later he refunded my PayPal money. So in the end I am NOT out any money and he refunded it with no hassle at all, in fact he is the one who offered to do it. I do feel obligated to leave this evaluation as I feel he should have ensured he had the camera before listing it for sale (especially as I had to purchase a recharger in preparation for the camera). Further I was disappointed by the lack of communication during the two weeks after sending him my money. I am presuming this is not his usualy trading practice as he has several positive evaluations, and to be honest I would have left a negative evaluation if he was just starting out.
