Review for user aaronpeek from yobo

  • Purchased a HD,P3 CPU,256mb ram

yobo was the Seller on December 9, 2002 AnandTech

I paid for my items immediately and Aaron assured me my items would be sent the same day but after a few email full of BS I finally find out my items were sent 14 days later. He charged me $15 to ship my items UPS w/tracking number but Shipped my items for $6.75 by priority mail w/delivery confirmation #. My package ended up taking over a month to get here. NOT acceptable. His excuse, "sorry I ship out so much stuff I forget which is which(UPS/USPS)". Weak excuse!! Aaron also had the nerve to point out that USPS takes longer to deliver during the holiday season and I should be patient. This would be understandable IF I AGREED ON USPS shipping, but I didnt. The package should have been sent UPS!! He never even offered to refund the shipping cost which he clearly over charged me for. I could really care less about the $7 extra I paid but Its the principle of the matter that ticks me off. Oh and to top it off the items were not even packed properly. He shipped a harddrive a cpu and a stick of memory in a large box with a thin layer of bubble wrap and nothing to hold the hard drive in place, and nothing packed tight. It's amazing all the items are actually working when you consider how much banging around probably went on in the box. I guess Aaron doesn't know what ESD is either since he put the cpu and memory in a Ziploc bag! What amazes me the most is that through it all, he denies any wrong doing!!
NOTE TO AARON. Just because I get my items doesn't mean you deserve positive feedback!! You were horrible to deal with jack @!!. You say you work in customer service, well If that's the case really feel sorry for anyone who has been helped by you!! learn some responsibility and grow up!

Got caught trying to rip me off via paypal.

    Threatened me on two occasions.

And as you can see this does not follow the pattern of my other deals, stay away from this guy at all costs.
