    Ken maintained close communication throughout the deal, he was a gentleman and even paid shipping when it was ambiguos as to whose responsibility it was. I received the items promptly even though the holidy shipping season was in full swing. Now my son will have a better present under the tree, all is right with the world and I would definitely do business with Ken again anytime!
