  Trade didn't go as planned...
  I would have left a Positive eval as Adam seems like a great trader.He ended up giving me the card and refunding my money.
  The reason for the neutral is the fact,that the deal took far longer than it should have. (Sometimes life gets in the way.)
  Adam is an honest trader and for that, I give him an A++
