    Bought a Microsoft Explorer 3 mouse. Ad: Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 Used very little and in perfect condition $25 shipped

    After exchanging a couple of emails, I received the mouse in a timely manner. Upon connecting the mouse to my USB port, I noticed that it did not properly work on the Windows desktop. It would take me several clicks on links before they would open. I have the latest Intellipoint software installed (v4.01). I've played around with all the settings to no avail. Clicking on any item on the desktop takes several tries including folders. I know it's the mouse because I tried my son's Explorer mouse and it works perfect. I tried to contact Kevin twice via email, but no response on both occasions. Lucky for me, Microsoft is going to send me a new mouse. Also, part of the deal was to send me the driver disk with the mouse which I never received. I had to download the drivers from the net.

    In my email conversations with Kevin before I bought the mouse, I asked:

    This was never resolved with heat due to the fact that my emails were never responded to. The reason the emails were not answered was because oy myself moving into a new place and lack of internet. This was cleared up between myself and the buyer one day after this eval was left. The buyer told me that everything was ok and that wanted to get this eval removed from my profile. I forwarded the buyers response with the statement above to heat to pursue the eval being removed but no response was ever given by heat.
