    Well, this was for a $25 DVD rom. Can't believe he threw away his reputation for $25... On 10/15/02 He had one for sale. I paid him first with paypal since I saw that he traded with some of the guys I dealt with in the past... Nothing for a week... On 10/22/02, he tells me that it went out on First class mail. I say ok, I'll wait. 11/08, still no dvd rom. I message him. Replies back on 11/12, telling me that it was sent on parcel post... 11/21 (over a month now), I want a refund. He tells me that there's no tracking on the package, and it was MY RESPONSIBILTY to ask for insurance??? so he would only refund half of my funds... I say fine, Show me a PROOF of shipment, then I'll accept half of funds. Nothing.. until I got trollhunters involved. As of Jan. 2003, I only received half of my money, I was never provided with ANY proof of shipment. DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM!!!

    Item was shipped with parcel post, buyer didn't request any insurance or deliverty confirmation prior the shipment. So that proof of shipment is not available to obtain. I refund half money after got advise from admin, but he still not satisfied. what else i can do?
