    Supermicro dual motherboard, memory, and coolers.

    Had a few problems with the coolers being damage in shipment (one fan was broke, the other 'rubbed' the heatsink). Also, it turned out the ATX IO shield wasn't shipped.

    Kevin was fair and quickly resolved the fan issue with me (I wound up just replacing locally and we worked it out of the money owed), also he shipped the IO shield to me to make sure everything was ok.

    It's good to see someone who stands up and fixes the problem when the occur (and the sometimes do without bad intentions by either party). I'd be willing to trade or purchase from him again.
