    Bought a 24-port managed switch, he claimed NIB and comes with manual and setup CD.

    allen_7 was the Seller on February 18, 2002 AnandTech

    Product shipped on time, but lack any manual and setup CD as promised. Leave me a useless switch. Will never deal with this guy again.

    After about 1.5 years, I finally found, and shipped, him the CD, but unfortunately USPS wasnt kind to the padded envelope and the CD arrived broken in half. DAMN! I'm really sorry and hope you can get the switch working.
