    Bought a very expensive laptop (actually, bought with cash and DVD trade). The money came immediately, and the DVDs and stuff came very quickly in mail.

    Very good communication. FedEx caused a problem, and he didn't jump on me about it. Great to work with, and I look forward to future dealings with Mr. Schmitty :)
