    I came VERY CLOSE to making this a NEGATIVE feedback, based on the reasons below. The ONLY reason I did not post negative feedback is the fact that the correct item finally showed up six weeks after I bought it, and he was apologetic about his behavior at the end.

    Here is what happened:

    January 21: Bought item off of nochay, and made immediate payment minutes after finalizing deal

    January 30: Wrong item shows up in mail. I contacted nochay.

    January 31: Nochay promises to send correct item.

    Feb 5: Contact nochay as correct item did not show up yet. Nochay informs me that he hasn't sent item out yet, promises to send immediately. His reason for not mail yet: (too busy to mail)

    Feb 10: Contacted nochay as item has not arrived yet. Nochay hasn't sent item out yet, promises to send immediately. He says that he's been too busy to get to the PO (although he is still conducting deals online) and tells me that I just have to wait. So, I wait.

    Feb 13: Contacted Nochay to see if item was sent out yet. He tells me that he hasn't sent item out yet, promises to send immediately. His reason for not mailing YET: (flooding in town, can't get to PO before now, he says)

    Feb 20: Contact Nochay AGAIN. No item has arrived yet. He tells me that he hasn't sent item out yet, and promises for like fourth or fifth time to send immediately. Nochay tells me that I, the buyer, is impatient, and I should just wait. This is ONE MONTH after deal was orignally completed, and he received the money.

    Feb 24: Contacted nochay by PM, no answer. Sent email, no answer.

    Feb 28: Contact Nochay by PM, he answers this time. He STILL HAS NOT sent item out yet, promises to send immediately. His reason for not mailing? He's been busy, and I should give him a chance to mail, he says...WHAT???) I tell him if it's not there in a week, I'm posting negative feedback and alerting Paypal to fraudulent behavior.

    Mar 3: Item shows up. Included is a couple of AMD pens, worth a buck or two.

    So...if it were you, how would you leave feedback? I thought about NOT giving feedback, but then other's don't get the chance to be warned of this seller's false promises and attitude when refusing to send out correct item for nearly six weeks.

    I hate people that lie or make excuses (especially repeatedly), and am bordering on NEGATIVE because:

    1. Nochay made repeated promises that he broke. Had he said "look, I can't mail for two weeks", I would have understood. but he kept promising to mail immediately.

    2. Attitude. Two of his PMs said I was impatient, and that I'd have to wait. This is a month and afterwards after he received my money.

    3. NEVER did Nochay contact me first...I had to initiate every conversation.

    4. Wrong item sent the first time, and didn't make it right immediately afterwards. Nochay acknowledged the fact he screwed up, but then lied to me for weeks afterwards about making it right. Sorry, that's very bad trading morals and ethics.

    5. Took from January 21st to March 3rd to complete a deal. I understand things go wrong...but you DO NOT like to the person you are dealing with REPEATEDLY.

    I received the item finally. Nochay included a few token items, told me to keep the original item, and apologized for his trading behavior. This is the ONLY reason why he doesn't get a negative from me.

    Would I trade with him again? ONLY IF HE MAILS ITEM FIRST, AND I MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS 100% RIGHT BEFORE MAILING MY PAYMENT OR ITEMS TO HIM.

    His feedback to me was positive, due to the fact I made payment immediately (you can see it at http://www.heatware.com/eval.php4?id=9344&expand[0]=145304).

    This was all over less than $10 in merchandise, but it really worries me that if he did this on less than $10, what would it have been like had it been for $100 or $500 in a transaction?

    Any ways, that's my experience with Nochay.
