    i sold a dvd laptop drive that turned out to be doa.. he was very understanding about it and went out of his way to test the drive and makes sure of the problem, he kept me informed all the way..... he even offered to send the drive back at his expense, i refused, it was my responsibility... i ended up just deciding that there was no point to shipping it back and i had no reservations about trusting him.. i hope everyone gets to deal with john, it will renew your faith in online trading....
