I don't even know where to start. I pay Mike. He sends the package. I get it and the Front Bezel Clip and the USB Cover is broken. I try to contact Mike about and do not hear back from him. It's been a week and I have allready ordered A new front bezel and new clips to hold the bezel in Place. Total of 75 bucks. I got the stuff and the case looks like new... He e-mails me saying he would give me $35. I was fine with taht. At least something, since I thought he wasn't going to make good anyway.

04-09-03 I try to contact Mike about a Heatware eval and he mentions he'd rather not leave each other evals since the deal didn't go to well. I was like ... LOL ... told him I was typing as we speak. He proceeds of how it wasn't his fault and how I should place myself in my shoes. I told him I would have given him a Full Refund.

Anyway Mike. I will not be dealing with you again and I hope others read this eval and think twice about it.

Neutral eval because I got the Case and I didn't get screwed by not getting anything

    Response from HardTech
First off, I had clearly explained that I would be out of town for little while due to Spring Break. I had no internet access during that time, and I had no way to check up on the status of our deal.

I come back a week later and find that he's nasty about our deal. I ask him if $20 will do anything and he laughs and says "I spent $70". I bump my offer up to $35 (half of what he paid for a new bezel.. for $70, which can be easily found for $30 at some places) on top of the very cheap price I sold it to him for.

After having a bitter taste in my mouth, he inquires me about heatware. I say that I'd rather not leave him any heatware since it wouldn't be positive. He submits a neutral eval on a deal I don't see how I did anything wrong, and he's all pissed that he got a neutral back.

About that full refund, he never even hinted ONCE that he wanted a refund.

So in all, this neutral eval is for not paying him $70 for something he bought and did not consult with me. I never even had proof that the bezel was broken. I'm sure you wouldn't be too pleased if you sold a guy something, he buys something else, and expects you to pay for it.

To me, this scumbag is as troll as they get.
