    origanally purchased isa modem but after money was sent by mail dooneedlove discovered modem was missing. immediately informed me of error and offered my money back but we managed to work out a few other items to be substituted and he sent those out as soon as agreed upon.

    communication was excellent and pleasent, packaging fine for items sent, received quick as expected. would deal with again
