  I purchased a Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz cpu from this gentleman.

  There was a problem with the packaging, and the pins got bent on the cpu. As soon as I contacted Joseph and explained the problem, he immediately offered to refund my money, and did so the same day. I would be happy to trade with him again.
