  I sent Tom $25 for a hdd on 2/20/03. It is now 4/28/03 and I have not received the drive or a refund. He has not replied to a communication since 4/04/03.

  He has not sent me the drive or a refund, and he stopped replying to my communications. My advice is to avoid him completely.
