  Man, Fedex totally messed things up with this deal from the start. Wei was extremely patient with me. In the end, I managed to get Fedex to resolve the issue, and Wei got his memory finally. I'm sorry that it happened this way, but things seemed to have worked out. Wei is a very patient and forgiving individual, and I'm glad to have dealt with him.
