  Could not be more pleased with the way this transaction turned out. Rich didn't have a lot of refs, but he went out of his way to work with me and provide as much contact information as is humanly possible to ensure that I was comfortable in purchasing the items. Excellent communication throughout the transaction...also very understanding in providing alternative methods of payment. The result? I received the items just a couple of days after my payment cleared and both were in immaculate condition. Everything that was promised was included...and it was all packaged extremely well.
