    Josh is a very solid communicator. Throughout the transaction process, he kept me very well informed and had excellent follow-up to ensure the item was functioning well.

    Josh shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The modem was well packaged in a antistatic bag, and appropriate padding. As he did not accept PayPal, I thought it great that he did accept a personal check.

    Would not hesitate in the slightest to deal with Josh again.
