  Diana and I spoke for a little bit until I realized I was dealing her a board other than the one she requested. Thankfully, she didn't get angry at me, and decided to buy another motherboard with the RAM and HDD. Very poilte and understanding buyer. Would definitely deal with again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. A+
