    sold to me an ipod he described as "Its in MINT condition, absolutely no scratches, not even any marks on the sliver back. As new as can be." The ipod was definitely scratched when I received it. He then tried to get me to commit mail fraud and try to fraud compusa by claiming insurance on it.
