PC Power & Cooling 475-ATX PFC Power Supply

My God! Where to begin? I had a power supply for sale that I had received direct from the manufacturer. I advertised it as being new, as I assumed that the unit was unused. Tony asked me to ship the unit out first, and I obliged. We agreed to split shipping. Unfortunately, I shipped without verifying if the shipping was reasonable in Tony's eyes (it wasn't). In my haste, I also packed the unit in a very small box. By the time the unit got to Tony, it was dented, and he notified me of many scratches and wanted to know again if it was new. I let him know again that it was, and eventually we came to the understanding that I'd made a costly assumption -- the unit was not new. In fact, with all the scratches, nothing near new. The consensus was that it was an eval. unit or a refurb. After giving the go-ahead for extensive testing to Tony, he decided that he would STILL buy the unit, in spite of everything, albeit at a discounted price. It was fair to me, and fine with Tony, and so, he paid today, and all is well. Throughout all our differences Tony maintained as positive an attitude as one could have possibly maintained throughout all of this. For that, and Tony's continued updates of what was going on, and his sticking to his word on paying me after testing, I am recommending him as an awesome buyer. Couldn't have asked for better etiquette throughout this whole ordeal. Highly recommended, would DEFINITELY deal with again. A+++
