  Very fast payment and excellent comminication.Pat had a little problem with the video card in his computer system.I never had any problems with it for the 3 days I ran it in my system.I offered to refund him the money but he went ahead and did an RMA which is fine with me and saved us both some time.Pat was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process.He was understanding and willing to do the RMA and wait for a replacement.Never seemed upset about it.He got a new card out of the deal and we are both happy on how it turned out.I highly recommend Pat and would not hesitate to deal with him again.
