  Thomas e-mailed me to get a shipping quote for the cooler. I told him the shipping charge, he said he'd be back with PayPal. Sure enough, an hour later, PayPal was sent, along with an e-mail from him to make sure I got it. Excellent buyer, had no problems dealing with him. Would definitely deal with him again, A+
