  caught Tom in the midst of having a baby - I told him I was not in a big rush. After a (quite understandable) delay, NIC arrived as described packed in newspaper in an express envelope, showing Tom did his best to get the transaction completed timely. Good communication. Appreciate Tom taking the trouble to sell this small part. No complaints; would deal again.
