  I bought a cold cathode sound activated kit from seizure.

  Item arrived with a cracked bulb. Then at no fault of his Xoxide sent the wrong tube...Twice! We decided to call it even since I did have 2 tubes that were identical at least. All communication was prompt as were his actions to rectify the situations. Honest trader, would deal again.
