  I purchased a copy of Jurassic Park from Jeff. It didn't arrive; must have gotten lost in shipping. Anyway, I waited two weeks (during which HE offered a refund or replacement after 10 days) hoping that it would arrive. When it didn't, Jeff sent out another copy and it arrived on time and in the condition he had promised. An excellent trader with great communication!
