Review for user bgivens33 from Kyle

  • Sold him some computer hardware and it turns out the CPU I sold him didnt work for him. Well the whole ordeal up to this point took a couple months and he sent all the equipment back to me. The CPU had the VERY distinct marks of heatsink damage (socket a Thunderbird) Most people know what I'm talking about when the heatsink is put on not straight it eats away a couple corners. I had done this to the first duron I had bought and am 100% sure thats what caused the damage. After I told him this he agreed to pay $40 for the CPU (I discounted how much he bought it for just because I didnt really have PROOF it was damage from the heatsink application, but I knew well enough that it warrented a re-embursment of some sort.) Basically I gave him a couple months to send me this money but he started ignoring me and so here I am posting the appropriate heatware.

If you want more details to the deal, email me at kyle83@u.washington.edu and I can provide AIM conversations and PM's with more details. I was not going to leave a neg heatware, but his disregard to keeping me up to date on the status of the $40 is unacceptable. A simple email or PM explaining any situations why he couldnt pay or saying when he could get it out would have been much more acceptable, and might have stopped me from tarnishing his reputation. Again, the rest of the trade went smoothly, but ignoring my PM's and such is warrent for a warning to other traders.
