  Scott is an AWESOME seller. I e-mailed him in regards to the TV Tuner he had posted for sale. He told me it was still available. I checked his references and asked if he would please ship first (based upon # of his references against mines) He agreed to ship first, and took me up on my offer to send half payment up-front, and the remainder on receipt of the product. I got the product, as advertised, in like-new condition, and everything works just fine in one day of testing. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended, would DEFINITELY deal with again, A+++
