    Bought a brand-new Dell laptop from Kandarp. The situation and the laptop were just as described in his thread, communications were informative and timely and the price was very fair. He was amenable to a three-stage payment to moderate his lack of heatware evals. I would be happy to buy or sell with him again, no problem.
